Workshops

Join me in my studio near Salisbury in Wiltshire for a hands-on workshop to gain a thorough understanding of colouring and decorating anodised aluminium. I offer two main workshops.

An Introduction -
You will have the opportunity to learn a host of colouring and decorative techniques, from dip dying to simple resists. You will also have the chance to make a piece of jewellery if desired.

Print & Pattern -
You will be introduced to a host of printmaking techniques through demonstrations and discussions; including block printing, collagraph and mono-print. There will be a strong emphasis on the use of found, recycled and foraged natural materials to produce unexpected textures and patterns.

At the end of each workshop you will come away with a good set of samples, notes, a list of suppliers and the confidence to continue exploring the subject alone.

The introductory workshop is suitable for complete beginners or those with jewellery making experience. The print workshop will suit those who have already dabbled in some of the colouring techniques. Both are perfect for anyone who is looking to add a little colour to their work!
