All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe and can be made using all major debit and credit cards.

If you would rather pay by another method, such as bank transfer, please place your order by phone or email.

Each jewellery item will arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box.

Artworks will be packaged safely in a cardboard box, with suitable cushioning.

For UK deliveries, jewellery and small sculptures are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully insured overnight service. Larger sculptures and international orders are typically shipped via Parcelforce using a fully tracked service. You will receive a notification when your piece is ready to set off, along with an estimated delivery time.

All contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately and in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.

International Orders: Depending on your country, you may be required to pay VAT, customs charges, and handling fees. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before purchasing. Please note: Lindsey Mann cannot be held responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applied.

Most items are ready to ship, unless stated in the description. If you require an item for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that your request can be met.

We will do my best to meet any deadlines. If you have not received your goods within the specified time, please contact us and we will check on the progress of your order. Please include as much information about the order as you can along with the date the order was placed.

Each item is one of a kind, sold as seen. The measurements, descriptions and photos of each piece are as accurate as possible. Please refer carefully to these details before purchasing. If you have any questions, please get in touch before buying.

Each item is packaged and posted to withstand a rough ride in the postal system. If an item does arrive damaged, please take photographs of the parcel before opening and notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on commissions or pieces made to order. We cannot offer refunds on earrings which have been tried on or worn, due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return an item purchased via the online shop, please email to arrange return (both within 14 days of delivery). The cost and condition of returned items are the customer’s responsibility, and the item remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. (Returns must be packaged in the original box and have all packaging reapplied using the same method in which it arrived. The customer must use a tracked and signed for method, insured to the full amount of the purchase price.) We will issue a full refund on returned items (not including worn earrings) that meet these conditions minus our postage fees, unless the item has been damaged in transit. 

Cancelled orders that have already been shipped will be treated as returns using the policy above.

Please telephone or email us with a description of fault and we will arrange the repair. For repairs due to negligent handling I will be happy to provide a repair quote.

It is our policy to ensure you have a secure visit to this website. Your security is of great importance to us and your information will never be passed to any third party.

Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing.

Payments are made using the secure transaction services of Paypal or Stripe. Since this service is completely independent of us your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.
